How to Make Her Squirt

Welcome to Squirting 101, time to get wet with our guide to all things squirt and tackle the big questions like ‘is squirt pee?‘ (the answer may shock you).

So, roll out a waterproof sheet and read on; the forecast looks like enthusiastic moaning followed by showers ☔

What is ‘Squirting’?

Squirting is a sexual response where women experience an involuntary release of fluid, otherwise known as ‘squirt’ or female ejaculate. Often it accompanies an orgasm, but not always, and is not to be confused with sexual incontinence or urine play. If you’re capable of squirting, it can be exceptionally pleasurable and an arousing display for your partner.

Is it Pee?

It’s not pee, but it’s not NOT pee.

Squirt, a mixture of water, prostatic fluid and glucose, is released from the Skene’s gland (sometimes referred to as the female prostate), through the urethra. This is why studies show that squirt contains +/- 0.5% urea, a component of urine. As the bladder and Skene’s share the urethra, there will be traces of urea/urine in squirt, just as there are traces of urea/urine in semen for the same reason.

The problem is that people expect squirting to look exactly like porn, and that is pee. Amongst other methods, porn stars will overhydrate, so their pee is clear, and there’s high volume, resulting in room-arching geysers that look good on camera. Whereas, in reality, squirting can be much less dramatic. Typically, between 0.3ml and 150ml is released from the Skene’s gland, making it more of a flooding or gushing sensation. It can also vary in appearance and texture; for some, it is clear and watery with a slight viscosity, while for others, it’s milky and sticker to the touch.

You don’t need a mop and bucket, just lay down a towel, or PVC bed sheet. Squirt comes out in a regular wash, so it really is no worse than washing the sheets after sex. If you are really concerned about it being pee, go to the loo beforehand. This will also help you focus on the pleasure.

How Do I Make Someone Squirt?

First things first – are they okay with potentially squirting, and have you found their G-spot?

While some women can squirt from clitoral stimulation alone, G-spot stimulation increases the chances of successfully opening those floodgates.

Squirting during sex is a little more advanced technique, but you’ll want to prioritise sex positions that stimulate the G-spot while thrusting. A position that allows you to simultaneously play with her clit, either with your fingers or a bullet vibrator, is ideal.

1. Get Relaxed

Put the porn away and cuddle, give each other massages, and warm up with plenty of foreplay, get kinky if that’s what works for you. Give the receiver time to get fully aroused and relaxed, this will help them to be ‘primed’ to squirt. And don’t forget lube!

2. Start with the Clitoris

Stimulating the clit encourages the G-spot to swell, making it easier to find and play with. Use your fingers, oral sex, or a sex toy. Massage wands and clitoral suction toys are your best friends here as they deliver persistent stimulation to the clit with minimal effort – especially as an orgasm starts to build and you need to maintain a constant speed.

3. Stroke the G-Spot

It can take some time, so patience is key, go with the flow and enjoy the build-up. Use a come-hither gesture or tapping motion with your fingers. Or, experiment using firm but gentle (it’s not a fish hook), pressure from a glass or metal toy.

4. Combine Stimulation

Using a rabbit to stimulate both the clitoris and G-spot is a good workaround if you’re attempting this by yourself. Some people also swear by thrusting vibrators! Do anything that feels good – nipple tweaks, breast play, hungry kisses, your limit is your imagination.

This may come close to overstimulation, so be mindful and prioritise communication.

5. Let Go

Easier said than done, but that’s why it’s important to relax Step 1. The receiver may feel a sensation similar to needing to pee as climax approaches (this is why it gets confused for peeing!). The instinct here is to pull away but to squirt, they must relax and bear down into that sensation, pushing down and out. Keep it loose (literally), and if they feel a warm trickle or go full sprinkler system, bingo, squirting!

It may take multiple sessions to get there, so don’t pressure yourself to get it right the first time. It’s important to remember that everyone’s experience is different, and there’s no ‘one size fits all’ approach.

So… Does This Mean I Have a Piss Kink?

No. You might like squirting and pee play, but they’re not mutual. People into pissplay/watersports are specifically aroused by pee and acts that involve pee, like being peed on. The allure of squirting isn’t that it contains some pee; it’s the sensation of release and visual display. Like wet fireworks!

Sex and bodily fluids go together like… depressed millennials and overpriced pot plants, or pandemics and sourdough starters. Yum your yum, and don’t worry about anyone else’s yucks.

What If I Can’t?

Truth is, it may not happen. While 10-54% of women report having squirted, this is a suspiciously wide margin, so don’t feel put out if it doesn’t happen for you. Even women who have squirted may only experience it once in their lifetime.

There’s nothing wrong if you don’t or can’t squirt, or if you don’t enjoy it, or if you can’t ‘make’ your partner squirt. As long as you’re happy, healthy and enjoy your sex life, anything else is a very good feeling bonus.

I learned how to make a woman squirt from a previous partner and I’ve now taught it to my current partner. I’ve also taught it to a few other women that I’ve met. The woman love it and it’s not urine as the texture is slick and ideal for anal play and penetration. If you learn the technique your partner will love you forever. My partner on average has 10 to 20 squirting orgasms during sex and she can have them in various ways as well while deepthroating, fingering vaginal penetration and anal penetration. She loves sex and I love giving her squirting orgasms.

    I found a good technique.
Both parties on knees facing each other .
This allows you to kiss and fondle .
Gently stimulate the clit and build up the intensity and then slowly penetrate with the finger passing the gspot slowly but press down on the cervix whilst fingering . This stimulates the clit and gspot . Results are amazing
