The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods by us and replace any previous terms and conditions. Nagook Ltd trades under the name of bondara.co.uk (our website). Nagook Ltd owns bondara.co.uk. By accessing or using bondara.co.uk and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Service Department before ordering from us.
Legal Age To Buy
By purchasing products from bondara.co.uk you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, bondara.co.uk is not obliged to accept your order.
Orders made through bondara.co.uk are subject to acceptance and availability. Bondara.co.uk may choose at any time to cancel your order.
No contract will officially exist between yourself and bondara.co.uk until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.
Bondara.co.uk provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. Please see our Secure Online Payments page.
Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company, Nagook Ltd.
Bondara.co.uk is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your personal details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.
It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
We may use personal information to provide the services you’ve requested. We will only use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services; it is never sold or passed on without consent. Our review partner Ekomi may contact you via email to rate our service and help us improve our products and support. Your personal details are never shared with them and your email address is not retained. You do not have to take part in this review process.
Our site allows you to opt out of receiving communications from us when we request your information. Also if you want to opt out at a later point, you can do so by unsubscribing from any mailings.
We abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act rules and therefore we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a 'while you were out' card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.
Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.
If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.
We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer shipping to the state of California in the USA.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheques. You can order through our web-site, by post, or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed. If you pay by cheque we will despatch goods after the funds have cleared. Please make all cheques payable to Nagook Ltd.
International Card Holders: If you have a non-UK issued payment card, the exact amount you will be charged depends on the exchange rate offered by your bank at the time of ordering.

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Bondara, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused. You can even return items to us within 100 days for an exchange, replacement or Bondara credit voucher. All returned products must be unopened, unworn/unused and returned with all accessories or free gifts that were included with your item.
You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Bondara as soon as possible if the goods are faulty or incorrect. Items must be tested for their functions and checked by hand before use intimately. Always turn on (and charge where appropriate) vibrating or other battery powered items to check their pre-programmed modes before intimate use. Even if you do not intend to use the item immediately please make sure that you have received the correct product(s) and they are working correctly as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us of a fault or problem with your order you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and that they are in working condition.
With Bondara you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund. If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
You may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days for a refund, alternative items, an exchange or a Bondara credit voucher. Return your items within 100 days (unopened and unused) and we can offer you an exchange, replacement or a Bondara credit voucher.
Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

All Members receive a 5% discount off their order. To become a member visit our Members Sign-Up Area. Please note this can not be combined with any other offer.
The Free Gift over £25 offer can not be used in conjunction with the 5% members discount.
No offer can be combined with other deals in the same basket.
Please note that you cannot combine your 5% discount with a separate voucher code. If the code you have is for a greater amount, just add it to your basket and it will automatically deduct the voucher with the greater value.

Bondara Gift Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 denominations.
Once an order has been placed a member of our Customer Service team will be in contact. Vouchers can be issued as either a physical card to be posted out or sent by email to the person who places the order so you can either print it off or forward digitally to the recipient. We cannot send vouchers directly to the gift recipient, only the cardholder.
The voucher generating system is only available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you place an order for a Gift Voucher outside of these hours the code will be processed and emailed to you the next working day. Please plan your Gift Voucher purchases accordingly to avoid disappointment.
Customers placing orders for Gift Vouchers are eligible to claim a free gift (see our Free Gifts section for more information about the basket values required for each gift). However, the Gift Voucher recipient is not eligible for a free gift unless they spend a further £19.99 after the value of the gift voucher has been applied.
We cannot offer change on a Bondara Gift Voucher so your order must exceed the voucher value (even by just a penny) in order for the code to be recognised by the system. For example if you have a £20 Gift Voucher your basket must total £20.01 or more for the voucher to be correctly applied.
You may return an order (or single items) to us that were purchased with a Gift Voucher. We will then issue you with a Gift Voucher code for the sale price of the returned item. All returned items must abide by the normal Returns Policy.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed up to one year from the date of issue.

Bondara offers a Gift Wrapping Service on selected items which costs £3.90.
Not all items available from bondara.co.uk are eligible for gift wrapping (due to size and weight restrictions) but each product is marked clearly as to whether this is available or not.
All Gift Wrapped items are packed in a Bondara gift box and packaged inside a plain brown discreet outer box. A dispatch note is included in the gift box which only details the names of the products and a personal message (if one is chosen). All prices and card holder details are omitted so all gift wrapped items are anonymous unless you choose to include your name in the Personal Message.
Customers may include a Personal Message on the dispatch note if they wish. If any messages sent via this method are deemed to be threatening or promote illegal activity they will be removed and reported to the authorities as required.
All items will be combined in one box where possible but if the eligible items will not fit in a single box then an additional gift box will be used at no extra charge.

Bondara Babes - Realistic Sex Dolls
Please note that due to the size and weight of this product, it will be sent via DPD UK Freight Delivery. UK Delivery Only. The recipient must be present at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the delivery.
This product is a heavy item of around 50kg packaged and requires 2 people to carry to the entrance of the property. Please ensure that the couriers can deliver the item to your front door.
Should the delivery address not be on the ground floor, we advise that you contact our Customer Service Department prior to ordering, to discuss delivery.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied for any returned doll. If a doll has been used in any way or cannot be repackaged a refund will not be given. The doll must be returned free of marks or tears, in the original packaging with all accessories and be in resalable condition.
If a fault is reported on a sex doll that has been used, we will investigate the evidence provided and reserve the right to offer a replacement, not a refund. If not in stock, the replacement doll will be ordered from the manufacturer and we will advise the date when it will be ready to dispatch to the customer, which may be several weeks.
Sex Dolls will not be replaced for tears or any cosmetic damage that may have been caused from use.
• Bondara Babe sex dolls can stand but it is not recommended that they stand for prolonged periods of time to prevent damaging the metal skeleton. The manufacturers recommend that customers do not use the sex doll while it is in a standing 90 degree angle position, as this can damage the joints of the metal skeleton.
• Do not submerge the doll in water.
• Although we recommend using condoms, we suggest using a douche with water and antibacterial soap to clean non-removable openings, if required.
• We clean any blemishes or marks to the outer TPE skin with Simple Make up Cleansing Oil. Apply it to the area and rub into the TPE. Allow to dry, then lightly apply a dusting of Johnson's Baby Powder to refresh the TPE skin. Both products are available from most large retailers.
• Ensure that the doll and all openings are thoroughly cleaned and dried with an absorbent white towel or absorbent paper towel after cleaning. Dark, non-colourfast colours may transfer onto the TPE skin.
• We do not recommend dressing the dolls in medium or dark colours as colours can transfer to the TPE. Please ensure that clothing items are colourfast and washed several times before use.
• Please take care as TPE contains oil which may result in oil marks transferring onto your other items.
• Please take care if using a warming stick that it is not left inserted in the doll for too long and damages the TPE.
• Just like a real woman, your doll may have slight imperfections. This includes, but is not limited to, slightly unsymmetrical breasts and marks in the skin. These imperfections do not mean your doll is faulty - it's what makes them all unique as they are hand-finished by the manufacturer.
• During transportation, it is normal for your doll to develop indentations from the packaging. Once your doll is unpacked, these indentations will gradually lift. If you would like to speed up this process, wrap the dented part in a warm towel. Please make sure that the towel is colourfast and non-abrasive.
• If a doll is not moved for an extended period of time, she may develop indentation or compression marks. Therefore, we recommend moving the position of your doll twice a week to vary the pressure points. When doing this, we also suggest that you move your doll's limbs to keep the internal metal skeleton in good working order.
• KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE AND SHARP OBJECTS.
All products sold through our website are sold as 'novelty goods.' The vendor, Nagook Ltd, the holding company of bondara.co.uk, can not be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
Goods, colours or packaging of goods may occasionally differ slightly to those displayed on the website.
Nagook Ltd, holding company of bondara.co.uk cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. By purchasing for our site you are also accepting our terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
