Discreet Deliveries

All orders you place with us are shipped in plain packaging, which includes plain brown boxes for larger or more obvious items and padded envelopes for smaller items. The name Bondara will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging.

No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging too. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown below..

Discreet Billing

Any payments processed through Bondara (phone orders and online orders) are discreet too. Your credit or debit card statement will not show the name “Bondara”, instead it will show the name ‘Nagook Ltd'.

Order Delivery Tracking

You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been despatched. This email will include a link to the website where you can track your parcel.

Large, Bulky Items and Heavy Dolls

• These items can only be sent to the UK

• All large, heavy and bulky items will be sent via DPD freight service

• Should your delivery address not be on the ground floor, we advise that you contact our Customer Care Department prior to ordering, to discuss delivery.
