A Guide to Measuring Your Penis and Finding the Perfect Fitting Condom

Condoms are the most popular form of contraceptive available because not only will it help to avoid unwanted pregnancies but is the only contraceptive available that will also protect you against all STI’s and HIV. Used correctly condoms are 98% effective in preventing pregnancy and are a cheap and easy to use method of contraception but it’s vital that you not only know how to use them but that as a guy you know what size/brand suits you best. This makes it very important to find the perfect fitting condom to prevent it from slipping off during intercourse or splitting from being too tight; both of which greatly increase your chances of catching an STI or getting your partner pregnant.

One of the main problems reported by men when it comes to condoms is that they are either too tight or too loose. This is because a lot of men do not know what size condom to buy or even that condoms come in a range of sizes. Condoms have an incredible amount of stretch lengthways so contrary to popular belief even if you’ve got a really long penis any discomfort you may experience is almost entirely down to the girth of your penis and the width of the condom. To help you find the perfect fit we have put together as easy to follow guide on finding the right fit.

Step One: Measure Your Penis

The first step in finding the perfect size condom is to measure your penis then you can use the measurements against condom sizes to find the perfect fit. The tools you will need for this is a soft tape measure or a piece of string and a pen.

–          Firstly you need to measure the circumference of your penis; this is the most important measurement you will need in finding the perfect fitting condom. If you are using a tape measure, wrap the tape measure around the base of your penis and mark on the tape measure where the tape measure crosses over. If you are using a piece of string, do the same again and wrap it around the base of your penis then mark on the string where it crosses over, then lay it out on a table and measure between the two connecting points to find the circumference of your penis.

–          Next if you want to know the length of your penis put either the tape measure or string at the base of your penis lightly against your pubic bone then measure along the length of the penis to the end and mark where it gets to tip. This bit isn’t as important when it comes to finding the right size for you but hey, it’s always nice to know!

Step Two: Use our charts to find the perfect fit.

Once you have got your measurements you can now use our size guide to find the fit for you. The most important part is to find the right fit in terms of width as this will keep the condom on, so we have made an easy to navigate table for you to find the right condom size.

Step Three: Trial and Error

Once you have found the recommended fit, it’s time for the fun part, trying different condoms. We sell the majority of our condoms as single condoms or as 3 packs, so you can experiment with buying a few different types and models to find the one that’s right for you without spending too much money but most importantly remember, don’t be silly with your willy. If a condom is obviously very loose on your penis then you’re using the wrong size and its effectiveness against disease and pregnancy will be massively reduced. Similarly if a condom is painfully tight then the risk of splitting or tearing is increased; plus you won’t enjoy the sensations as much as you should!

  1. I was reading your Penis sizes above and is very surprised at the size’s you’ve put up. Funny thing is before I met my wife I always thought I had a small Penis, but she said it’s huge I measured it and it comes to 21.5 cm
Which is just under 8.5 inch do you think this is bigger then average
