Measuring Your Penis and Finding the Perfect Fitting Condom

Condoms are the most popular form of contraceptive and it’s not difficult to see why. Not only do they protect against unwanted pregnancy, they also act as a barrier against STIs and HIV. However, the main issues reported with condoms is them either being too tight or too loose. Often, this is down to wearing an incorrect size condom. Therefore, we’ve created this easy guide to measuring your penis.

Condoms have an incredible amount of stretch length-ways so, contrary to popular belief, any discomfort is probably down to the width of the condom. Yes, even if you have a REALLY long penis! To help you find the perfect fit, we’ve put together an easy-to-follow guide.

Step One: Measuring Your Penis

The first step in finding the perfect size condom is to measure your penis. All you need for this is a fabric tape measure or a piece of string and a pen.

  • Measure the circumference of your penis. If you are using a soft tape measure, wrap it around the base of your penis and make a note of where the tape crosses over. If you are using a piece of string, wrap it around the base of your penis but this time, use the pen to mark where the string crosses over. Then, measure the two connecting points to find the circumference of your penis.
  • Measure the length of your penis. Put either the tape measure or string at the base of your penis, lightly against your pubic bone. Make a note of the tape measurement or use the pen to make a mark on the string, before placing the string against a tape measure.

The main measurement we’re interested in is the circumference/girth – but it’s always nice to know your length!

Step Two: Use Our Product Specs to Find the Perfect Fit

Once you have your measurements, you can now use our product specifications to find the condom’s dimension.

You can find our product specs on each product page.

Step Three: Time for Testing!

Once you have found the perfect condom, it’s time for the fun part: trying it out!

And there you have it! That’s your guide to measuring a penis.

If a condom is obviously very loose on your penis then you’re using the wrong size and its effectiveness against disease and pregnancy will be massively reduced. Similarly if a condom is painfully tight then the risk of splitting or tearing is increased. Plus, you won’t enjoy the sensations as much as you should!

Which is just under 8.5 inch do you think this is bigger then average
