Where is my Delivery?

All items displayed on our website as ‘In Stock’ are available to be ordered from our warehouse and will be dispatched the same working day that we receive your order (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48: orders placed before 7pm Monday-Friday. Special Delivery: orders placed before 6pm Monday-Friday). Over 95% of our parcels are delivered within the specified time for your delivery method but if you don’t receive your order within the time expected please track your parcel online or contact our Customer Care team. 

If you do not receive your order we ask that you let us know within a reasonable period (30 days from order) if your parcel does not arrive. Under Trading Standards guidelines, if you do not notify us that your parcel has not been delivered we will assume it arrived safely. 

Here is what you need to do if your parcel does not arrive in time:

UK Royal Mail 48 Delivery Orders

If you order before 7:00pm on a weekday, 95% of Royal Mail 48 parcels are delivered within 2 working days. Please check the tracking code you received when your item was dispatched against the Royal Mail website. Your parcel may be on its way or require collection from your local Sorting Office if Royal Mail were unable to deliver. If this tracking code doesn’t provide enough information about the whereabouts of your parcel please contact our Customer Care team. Please note that 48 hours is a guideline and some parcels may take slightly longer but if you have any questions please contact us. 

UK Royal Mail 24 Delivery Orders

As long as you order before 7:00pm Monday- Friday, 95% of Royal Mail 24 parcels are delivered to you within 1 working day; with a small number of parcels this will take slightly longer. If you would like to locate your parcel please use the tracking code supplied at dispatch against the Royal Mail website. Your parcel may require collection from a local Sorting Office if Royal Mail were unable to complete delivery. If you do not have your tracking code or would like further assistance please contact our Customer Care team. 

UK Special Delivery (1 working day Guaranteed)

Place your order before 6:00pm Monday-Friday and you may select Royal Mail Special Delivery to receive your parcel within 24 hours guaranteed to any address within mainland UK. You can track your parcel using the tracking code emailed to you at dispatch against the Royal Mail website. If you don’t have this code or need further assistance please contact Customer Care. If your order does not arrive by 5:30pm the next working day after order, please contact us for assistance. Please note that all Special Delivery packages will require a signature. 

DPD Express

Order before 5pm ( Mon - Fri ) for guaranteed next working day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm will be despatched the next working day. DPD express delivery is not available on weekends

You will be given a 1 hour delivery window, which can be rearranged to suit you. Information on how to do this can be found on your sms/ email notifications from DPD. Our alternatively contact our Customer Care team.

Orders placed after 5pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

DPD Saturday / Sunday Delivery

Orders palced before 5 pm (Mon - Fri) will be delivered the following weekend. Any orders made after 5 pm Friday will be dispactched for the weekend a week later.

If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Saturday, the delivery will be re-attempted Sunday. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted by DPD on Sunday the delivery will be re-attempted the next working day.

Service only available Mon - Fri.

DPD Saturday / Sunday delivery not available Easter weekend

DPD Freight

Order before 4pm (Mon - Thurs ) for dispatch the same day. Delivery will be made in one working day. This does not include weekends / bank holidays. Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day the following week.

DPD will contact you directly via SMS / Email to arrange a delivery window.

If multiple items are included in the delivery we will attempt to send out in one package. However if this is not possible, we will despatch the additional goods in a separate parcel on another deliver service. No extra charge will be made.

Worldwide and European Delivery Orders (incl Rep. Ireland)

The Republic of Ireland Orders should be delivered in no more than 3-5 working days. European Orders should be delivered in no more than 5-10 working days. Worldwide Orders should be delivered in 10-15 working days. If your order is late, you should always first track the parcel yourself using the tracking information we have sent you by email (if applicable). You can also contact our couriers directly using the contact information provided in the email. If for any reason your order isn't delivered within the timescale expected or you have any questions about your parcel please contact us on [email protected] with your order number and query.

If you haven't received a dispatch confirmation by email containing the tracking information within 5 days of placing your order please contact us and we will provide you with the relevant details. In the extremely unlikely event that your parcel has been lost in transit we will either offer you a refund or send you a new parcel, depending on your wishes and the circumstances. Please note that we are currently unable to offer shipping to the state of California in the USA.

Please note that European orders under the value of £ 40 will not be sent by tracked delivery. Any orders over £40 will be sent by tracked delivery
