Royal Mail Click & Collect

Select Royal Mail Click & Collect as your delivery address option to get delivery to your local Post Office. You will then need to select a Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point convenient for you using our Post Office look up tool.
Your parcel will be delivered according to what Royal Mail delivery service you have chosen. For example - Royal Mail Tracked 48 would be delivered to the Post Office in two working days.
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an SMS or email notification from Royal Mail when your item is ready to collect from your chosen Post Office branch. Please ensure you have entered your correct email and phone number at the checkout stage.
To pick up your parcel, all you’ll need is proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address.
You can use one of the following forms of identification to collect your package:
- Cheque Guarantee / Credit / Debit Card
- Bank/Building Society Book
- Valid Passport
- Cheque Book
- Driving Licence
- Photo Identity Card (Foreign National, Military, Police Warrant, Royal Mail Employee)
Your item will be held at the Post Office branch for 18 days. After that time your item will be returned to the retailer.
If Click & Collect is selected as a delivery option on Saturday and Sunday your parcel will not be delivered until the post office re-opens again the following week.
If paying via PayPal, please ensure you do not change your delivery address in PayPal otherwise your parcel will not be delivered to your chosen post office.
