Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our delivery service is 100% discreet. All orders are shipped in plain packaging. The name Bondara will not be displayed anywhere on the packaging. No reference to the items contained in the parcel will be found on any of our outer packaging. Your credit or debit card statement will show only the name ‘Nagook Ltd'. Any parcels you receive from us will look like the images shown to the right and will include a small returns address label with our 'Nagook Ltd' headquarters on.

All orders received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed after 4pm or on a weekend/Bank Holiday it will be shipped the next working day.

For deliveries to the UK we use a combination of Royal Mail or Courier services. Most shipments require a signature on delivery. Any order can be upgraded to Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery.

•    Super Saver Royal Mail Delivery is 100% free.
•    1st Class Royal Mail Delivery is £2.90 per order, but is free of charge for orders over £29.99.
•    Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery is £4.90 per order, but is free for orders over £49.99.*
•    Guaranteed Saturday Delivery is £9.90 per order, but is free for orders over £99.99.

* Guaranteed Next Day Delivery takes 1 working longer to the following locations:

If your order qualifies you for free 1st Class, Guaranteed Next Day or Guaranteed Saturday Delivery you must make sure you select this option at checkout or your order will automatically be dispatched using our Super Saver service. 

Delivery to the Repubic Of Ireland is 100% free and is delivered within 3-5 working days.

Each item sent to any EU country will be charged at £3.99 (per item). European orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.

Each item sent to anywhere outside the EU will be charged at £4.99 (per item). USA and Worldwide orders usually arrive within 10 to 15 working days.
