Where is my Delivery?

All items displayed on our website are in stock and are despatched on the same working day we receive your order (cut off 4pm). Well over 99% of parcels are delivered on time, but occasionally parcels do arrive late and in extremely rare cases they get lost in transit. It happens in any business, no matter how well it's run and especially if you have to rely on third party couriers or mailing companies. If you don't receive your order in time - don't panic. We will always find a solution to make sure you are fully satisfied. Here is what you need to do if your parcel does not arrive in time.

UK Royal Mail Standard Delivery Orders

These orders should be delivered in 1-5 days. If you are not at home when Royal Mail attempt to deliver they should leave a card with further instructions for redelivery or collection. Your local post office will hold on to your parcel for 7 days if they were unable to deliver it to the address you provided. It can happen (on rare occasions) that your postman doesn't leave a calling card and that your local post office is holding on to it for you. Don't forget to take your ID with you when you visit your local post office. If all this proves to be unsuccessful, please wait at least 15 working days before contacting us and we will of course help you sort it out. We can only place claims with Royal Mail 15 days after the order has been despatched.

UK Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery Orders

These orders are despatched on working days (cut off is 4pm) and should be delivered on the following working day. If your order is late, you should always first track the parcel yourself using the tracking information we have sent you by email. You can also contact our couriers or the Royal Mail directly using the contact information provided in the email. If your order has not been delivered by 5pm on the following working day please contact us and we will of course help you sort it out.

UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Orders

These orders are despatched on Fridays (cut off is 4pm) and are delivered on the following Saturday. You can place orders for Guaranteed Saturday Delivery any time during the week. If your order is late, you should always first track the parcel yourself using the tracking information we have sent you by email. You can also contact our couriers or the Royal Mail directly using the contact information provided in the email. If you have not received your order by 5pm on Saturday please send an email with your order number and detailing your problem to help@bondara.co.uk. Alternatively you can call our free phone Helpline Mon-Fri 9-5.  

Worldwide and European Delivery Orders (incl Rep. Ireland)

The Republic of Ireland Orders should be delivered in no more than 3-5 working days. European Orders should be delivered in no more than 5-10 working days. Worldwide Orders should be delivered in 10-15 working days. If your order is late, you should always first track the parcel yourself using the tracking information we have sent you by email (if applicable). Not all orders You can also contact our couriers directly using the contact information provided in the email. If your order has not been delivered in the timeframes outlined above please contact our customer help and we will of course help you sort it out.
