Order Delivery Tracking

You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order has been despatched. This email will include a link to the website where you can track your parcel.

Same Day Shipping

For same day shipping, orders needs be placed by 11pm (Monday to Friday) and 4pm on Sunday. Orders made on Saturday will be shipped on Sunday for Monday delivery.

Free Returns

Any unopened and unused items can be returned for free year-round for a refund or a replacement.
Any items that break or become faulty within 180 days of your purchase can be returned for an exchange or full refund.
