Made from real leather for a high-quality finish, the inside of the collar is lined with soft faux leather for comfortable wear. Adjust the collar for the best fit before confidently securing in place with the buckle fastening. 

At the front, the nipple clamps are connected by the silver D-ring. As you place each clamp on the nipple, the twist pins let you adjust the clamps from a light pressure to an extreme pinch.
