It's pretty straightforward. It looks like a dick, but it has nubs at the base for my girlfriend's sexual pleasure. She gets a kick out of it.     Definitely a great product, lovely soft realistic feel and is super stretchy so will fit most penises despite its seemly small size. Snug enough to remain in place during use and stretches easily both width ways and length ways, although if you're say over 6 inches it likely wont fit fully down to the base which may not be ideal but all in all a great penis sleeve especially for those who find silicone a little too firm!

    This is really good, I haven't used it with my partner yet as she's away but I'm very much looking forward to.

    It's a bit tricky to get on but when it's on it's on... it's not going to just slip off. You have to pry your fingers underneath it and let air get in to take it off.

    I've heard a lot about penis extenders/sleeves that come off during sex, I don't imagine this one will and I can't wait to use it with my partner to see what she thinks of the extra length!
