This ball clamp is simple in design but boy it sure does the job it's designed to do! It's adjustable so I get the pressure I want when I want it. I also like the way it looks. It's a classy CBT device. Stainless steel, too, which is one of my favorite bondage materials. Shipping was fast and in a plainly marked box.
