Of my many metal and silicone rings this is currently my favourite. It's 18mm x 9mm in cross-section and of a firm grade of silicone. Despite the width it's easy to get on and off (much easier than a metal ring of similar dimensions) and once on is amazingly comfortable though the width does mean the testicles are projected further forward than with a narrower ring. Because the ring does not stretch too much it can be quite non-restrictive when flaccid but give an amazing crimp to the blood-flow out of the penis when erect - just what is needed. I found a big difference in the fit of the 40mm and 45mm rings and I suspect there are those who will find the 40mm too tight and the 45mm not tight enough. Having some intermediate sizes would be useful.

I got the 40mm and 45mm as I was uncertain on my size, my testicles couldn't fit through the 40mm but managed to just fit through the 45mm!
