This is the second one we have purchased mainly to replace accidentally broken or lost parts over time. . It is easy to put on and wear, connections to the control box are good and easy to use. Bought item in the sale as was a good deal. We're not new to cages so easily customised it to a better fit with the parts included. Connection of the power pack to cage was easy but lack of instruction on how to use it needed experimentation as others have said. Think we now have worked out how it works. In operation it does have the desired effect on both myself when I push the power button and him twitch when shocked. It is also easy to clean after using Not giving a 5 because of the lack of instructions though. Everything else being great. Possibly a good first time cage without the e-stim for those thinking about purchasing a cage for the first time.
