Very nice cane. Length as advertised and the correct amount of suppleness. Worthy addition to any collection.

A little disappointed with this item. It does not look much like a normal rattan cane at all, with no joints or knuckles - just a long continuous shoot. It's also quite soft and spongy. It's about 8mm in diameter and very whipping. It can easily leave pink stripes but is not that painful. You need to use a fair amount of effort to deliver something painful. In short fine for a playful or mild caning, but if you are looking for some more serious, then this isn't the implement.

Lovely handle, nice and straight. the width is about 9mm, which I like. But I also suggest the width should be mentioned in the description as other companies usually do, it is important to some customers as width affects intensity a lot.

As the title suggests, I bought this as a first cane. I've wanted to be caned for years but always worried what my boyfriends would think of me! I spent ages looking for the right cane to try...I'm instinctively drawn to natural fibres and old school canes but heard the curved handle can be harder to master. When looked at more expensive canes I got overwhelmed by the choice of lengths and thicknesses! Having read the reviews this seemed worth a go at a good price! So the cane arrived within 24hrs (thanks Bondara) and packed in a wide post tube so it wasn't at all obvious what was inside. Phew. The cane itself has a good handle, isn't too thin (probably 8mm) but light. It's quite long for a first cane and so we have only used it lightly whilst my partner builds his ability to land properly. This is enough to make my bottom burn though. The most disappointing thing is the finish...the end was quite sharp and I had to file it down. There are also tiny bits of rattan peeling from it. Experienced players will not be happy with the quality but it's a great intro for newbies! I'm summary - a good and cheap first cane. I bent over the desk and received a thoroughly smacked bottom. Which is exactly what naughty girls like me deserve! Thanks very much Bondara.

I can't fault this cane in any way. It's pretty much one of my favourite toys, and most prized possessions. It doesn't fail on that old school whishing sound, which is one of my favourite things about it! It produces some lovely colouring, raised lines and bruising when used in a more experienced setting. The item arrived quickly and well packaged in a plain brown poster tube. Couldn't wait to try it out, so opened it right away. the leather wrapped handle is very soft and secure giving a good grip. The cane is very flexible, making a good swish sound as it cuts through the air. A sturdy, smooth cane that any Dom is sure to like. We purchased this as a crop from another retailer broke on first use. This cane is so sturdy and flexible, I had some great raised lines and bruising across my bottom. It gives a satisfying sting without too much effort. Must say I probably wouldn't recommend for inexperienced players, but for this sub it was a perfect addition.
