Robust aluminium assembly, fitted perfectly to my shower head, delivered a strong flow of water to really make me ready for action! Slipped in easily with a bit of lube and will give you a much more thorough clean than a bulb or syringe, however be aware it's a good idea to check the flow and pressure of your own shower before you put it where the sun don't shine!

Have to say I was very surprised by this. Tested before using it, and damn, is it powerful. This is far better than a standard douche, as it connects to the shower hose. I could really feel it, and it works really well to get clean. The length is enough as I don't think you need to insert fully, trust me on that. A must for anal play and general hygiene and not overly priced

I bought this one after my enema bulb was not doing enough. This one is easy to clean, easy to attach, and detach and has so much power. This is my new cleansing go to.

Thought this would be ideal as it is flexible and not too long. It wasn't which sucked. The edge around the nozzle aperture was quite sharp and uncomfortable to insert, and I discovered that the unit I received had three to four tiny pinholes in the silicone at the base of the nozzle. Would be better too if it had lateral holes in the tip to lessen force of jet which is quite strong. Returned it forthwith, procured alternative from a different source.
