It is well made, however the leather strap around the ball cuts into the side of my mouth and traps it, it's painful. Not painful in a good way either just annoyingly painful and puts me off.

This was my first ever gag, it's a perfect size and was great at keeping me quiet during sex etc, it's a pretty black and pink combination, the only downside is it can get a bit uncomfortable to wear after awhile, but on the whole, good price, pretty and does it's job. Great for anyone who likes bondage.
