As a first time user of a kegal ball I was really pleased with this product. It is so easy to use and very easy to clean. After hearing all about the benefits of kegal balls I thought I would give them a try! This is the perfect first kegal to try as it is so cheap compared to a lot of others and has all the qualities you need. Even after a few weeks I have seen a noticeable difference after practicing using them and my v is certainly thanking me…!!

I've never used Jiggle Balls before so didn't really know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I think my boyfriend enjoys it more than me just knowing that I have them in. I haven't dared to take them far from the comfort of our own home yet but can imagine I will in the future.Popping them in is easy enough with a little bit of lube on them, I think maybe I should have started with the small size as someone who hasn't used them before but why not push the boundaries? The jiggle sensation is a little odd but I do enjoy it, these certainly move about a lot when you are active! Taking them back out is a great transition for me from foreplay to intimacy when I let him know what's inside me...They feel very well made with very soft and stretchy silicone, the string section is plenty long enough to make it useful. My partner using the jiggle balls a couple of times during the day for up to an hour has made a noticeable difference to her pelvic floor muscles after only a few weeks. The use has resulted in her having gained more control of clenching, so sexual pleasure is more intense. The feeling at first felt strange walking around with them in place. She certainly was aware of them! In fact, it's secretly arousing, causing constant thoughts of anticipated sessions later.It was easy to insert when moist and relaxed, or using lube makes the job simple.
