  • Offer plenty of versatility
Design: The simple design of these restraints make them really easy to use and they offer plenty of versatility. We quickly realised that we were going to need to double knot everything as the silky material meant one quick pull caused them to unravel. While this then gave a secure grip, it meant that we first had to pause to untie the ribbons whenever we wanted to change positions. I think there’s plenty of spare ribbon to play with - any more and it may get in the way, so I’d say it’s the perfect length.  Quality/Price: The quality of these is really nice; most of the edges have a seam and the material is nice and silky - just like the title says. However, I would still say they’re slightly overpriced for what they are. I think pushing these to underneath the £5 bracket would make them seem more affordable, particularly as they’re essentially just a bit of ribbon.  Overall: These are a nice alternative to standard cuffs and offer more sensuality than other restraints perhaps would. I sometimes found the hassle of untying double knots slightly frustrating (maybe I’m impatient!) and a bit of a mood killer. Saying that, they offer more versatility as you can attach them to various furniture, letting you explore different positions and scenarios. I don’t particularly think these are worth £6.99 but if they’re on offer, they’re definitely worth trying out!
  • Ideal for beginners
These restraints are soft on the skin, although perhaps not as silky as ones that are branded (however, they are much more affordable!). They held well against light force, and are a good length for binding either the wrists or ankles together. These would be ideal for beginners into the bondage world, because they are affordable and comfortable. However, if you are more experienced in the bondage world it is likely you might want to splash out and get a version of the product that is slightly longer or more silky to the touch. Bondara sent the Black Silky Restraints to Sexcapades Secrets, free of charge, in exchange for a fair and honest review.
