Arrived bent, which matters as when the hook is pulled on it applies uneven pressure, and can sort of force the user to twist, usually not good. Luckily, it is bent in a manner that the user finds pleasurable, so did not pursue return or refund. However, still 1 * as not having to refund or return is a lucky fluke

We have used this several times now. I (M) have had this held to my collar and by rope macramé. Get it in the right spot and it is surprising pleasent. Without being held by anything or loosely tied I have control and it is very nice and stimulating in all the right places. Tied tight every move goes straight to my ass. This can be amplified by touching the metal or the rope with a strong vibe. I am planning to find more sizes and shapes of hook in the near future.
