The hinged ring makes it easy to get my bits through, the screw end makes going to the toilet easy, and allows for water to get in for hygiene purposes. The device is comfortable to wear, although it can nip a little at the top, nothing a slight readjustment of self doesn't fix. So far, we've built up to 2 week stints in the cage before "release" and back in the cage. So I'm wearing it 24/7 for 14 days at a time and couldn't speak highly enough of the quality of this device, real value for money

Well made and easy to fit. Very few pieces unlike some devices. Feels nicely heavy and comfortable. I have worn devices before but this is definitely superior. Feel that I could wear it for a long time.
