I recently purchased the small version and with some lube it slides in really easily. I can leave this in for 1 hour and while I know it's there, it's not uncomfortable. Liked the look but a little disappointed when it arrived. From the description circumference of the large quoted at 5.5 inches. This should equate to a largest diameter of 45mm. however it only measures 38mm. That said it's great for extended wear especially as the base fits neatly between your cheeks.
