Feels delicious to touch, and gets damn right slippery once you smother it in your favourite lube. The "ball strap" holds the sleeve in position well enough it should't fly loose at the inappropriate moment. I found the extension was somewhat hard on the inside which was a distraction when trying to get more vigorous, so a mark lost there. I'm finding it mostly a great addition for dildos when you want just a little more!

The head of this sleeve is on the harder side, so if that's your thing, you'll love it. We've come to realise that we prefer "softer" heads so that we can still go like the clappers. Ball ring was very small, had to do one at a time and pinched them... ouch! Well made, definitely is silicone (tested). Just too hard/much for us hence 4 star - losing one for the ball ring

Bought this for something a little different with the wife but the ball ring is far to tight, couldn't stretch it enough to fit over mine. Went without and again, Length was spot on but the sleeve was too narrow to be comfortable

The extender is good but has a few drawbacks. The ball loop has no stretch to it, and so is very difficult and can be a bit painful to get your balls through properly. To put on properly, you do have to squeeze it to expel all the air and so once on, the fit is very snug and I don't move in it at all. The head and shaft is also very firm. My OH would prefer if it was a little softer for a toy this size. Otherwise, the girth (6.5" circumference) is great and loved by her.

Couldn't wait for this to arrive... Upon opening it seems good quality & feels good however the ball loop is that tight its extremely painful try to get it on! To the point where we ended up not using it. Disappointing!

Good sleeve but as other reviews have indicated there is little to no give in the ball loop which is good if you are into a little S&M but not if you don't like pain! Even with a lot of lube we have struggled to get sleeve on comfortably with the loop, too much lube makes it impossible

Bought this to replace a smaller sleeve and the first time we used it she made noises I never heard her make. She loves the girth and how deep it goes, it certainly hits places I never could. Ball loop could be a bit more elastic as I can never get my balls through but it works the all the same. Highly, highly recommended! Especially if you're into sph or cuckold fantasies ;)

This is a wonderful piece of engineering, which gave me all the support I needed. Plenty of lube is required to slip your shaft into the sleeve and plenty of lube on your balls so you can get them through the ball loop. Once on and you dispel the trapped air it fits well and clamps on to your shaft like it was your own.

I recently purchased this penis extensions. Upon opening my discreetly packaged box I was shock at how big it was! My partner has an average size penis which is nice but doesn't give me the girth I crave. The inner canal of the extension is slightly larger than the OH cock and there is a good inch or two air gap at the tip.
