When I first took it out of the packet, I was a bit concerned that the seam where the plastic is joined together runs right down where my prostate will go. I did unfortunately feel some discomfort when moving the head up and down my prostate, possibly due to this seam. You can put a condom over it though so that's something. It's also easy to lose which direction its pointing, so have to pull it out, turn it to point towards prostate and reinsert. It gave me a nice orgasm at the end, but it's just let down by that dam seam.
