I was slightly skeptical of the shape, but the thumb is very flexible and bends as you push it in - when fully inserted just nestles under your balls. Good intense rumbly vibrations from the finger - continuous will get you close then switch to a pattern to edge. Shape makes it easy to sit on and grind, unlike some other prostate vibrators, but I think it is best when it's 'floating' in you when you're laid on your back. There's enough flare in the finger that it doesn't pop out too frequently. It could be improved slightly if there were some patterns with different vibrations for each of the finger and thumb, and more of a flare would allow you to move it with your sphincter muscle. But the grind-ability does make up for this.
