I have a thing for regular, mechanical rhythms, so I wanted this automatic pump rather than the more popular hand pumps. I thought that since this was electric it might not be very powerful, but it's definitely powerful enough! I don't even know what the strongest setting is because I tap out before then! At a lower setting it feels very pleasant, almost reminiscent of rimming, but the intensity picks up very quickly. I prefer to use this while straddling a cushion to play hands-free, because otherwise you have to hold it in place with a hand if you're on your back and using one of the cycling rhythm settings. After using, I like the puffy feeling of my inflated anus rubbing against my ass cheeks as I walk. It definitely feels lovely and sensitive afterwards. If anything, I like to use this as a starter toy, and then go on to other things afterwards once I'm pumped up and sensitive. Feels absolutely amazing to be rimmed afterwards. I've been recommending this to other friends, because even though it looks obscene while in use (though that might be a positive for other people!), the sensations definitely make it worth it for me
