Erectile dysfunction / Peyronies disease is what it is, a severe inconvenience to say the least. Saw this extender & thought, why not, as it's a scar tissue problem, it will help & help it has! It's helping to gradually stretch out the hard plate scar tissue (though do not do this until the painful element has subsided - it can take months!). So only been using a few weeks & doing 10-15-minute stretching sessions when time allows most days. It's well designed, fairly easy and comfortable to use, it's helping to maintain length etc. So it's working for me... Hope this review helps.

This is the 3rd device I've owned all different brands and prices and this is by far the most sturdier and comfortable 1 I've owned, this device doesnt dig in and the strap doesnt feel like it's trying to choke it off, 100% recommended, I've even noticed a slight difference in the girth within a few weeks.
