Really fun, and has holes in it so you can breathe properly. I have a really small head but with lots of hair so was worried it wouldn't fit properly around my head but it is really adjustable and suitable for all head sizes and hair types. I found the ball a bit too big for my mouth as my mouth is very small, but it was also kind of hot to have it keep my mouth so wide open, keep it on for long enough and you start drooling so if you're into that very sexy! Took me a bit of time to get used to, I found breathing through my mouth a bit odd at first but overall I would recommend, especially if you have any oral fixations!
