I already own ball gags but needed to purchase this one for our collection. My O said this was very comfy and it can be done up tight. Does not hurt the side of your mouth or jaw so you can have this in for quite a while. Within five minutes of this in the drool started flowing that's ok if you like that sort of thing ;)

Comfort = An easy 5/5 feels like you could wear it for days. The ball feels like its made from a high end material and is small enough that you can completely close your mouth with the ball wedged in. Its not as big as it looks in pictures so no sore jaw after 2 mins of use. Effectiveness = Because this gag presses down on the tongue, this doesn't just gag you it completely muffles any words rendering them inaudible or completely silent. This is perfect for beginners or experienced kinksters and at this price its great.

Bought this as my first ball gag and was not disappointed. Very high quality materials and luxury feel. Looking through other ball gag reviews it became clear that a ball gag where the silicone was extended to where the corners of your mouth are would be more comfortable, and they weren't wrong. This gag is very comfortable to wear, it doesn't dig into ur skin and the ball is firm enough for purpose but soft enough to bite down on without fear of breaking teeth. Very good product.

Feels great and can be done up very tightly to make it really effective. But it's also quite comfy to wear for long periods. I love this design, as it goes further into your mouth than many other types of ball gag. Great value too.

I am often too loud and so ball gags come in handy! This one is well made, it was smooth but with a slight give to let you teeth sink into it slightly without aching my jaw or hurting my teeth. I loved the feel of this in my mouth and I was surprised that it was soft on the corners of my mouth too. I would definitely suggest this to beginners to ball gags.
