I haven't used this too much as of yet as it has not long been delivered but the little bit I have is enough for me to judge. This is a very powerful vibrator and can you you to where you want to be quickly or in time. The 20 settings which you can use are all different and allow different paces and pausations to enable you to find what is right for you. The only issue I had was that you have to press quite hard on the button to start it and change the setting as the battery is quite loose in the hold but this did not take away from its performance.
