Fully and easily adjustable using the Velcro fastening, the d-ring is well attached and sturdy enough for both the lead and some nipple clamps (if you're that way inclined!). The lead is a bit of cheap nylon strapping but at no complaints at this price and the pet section of your local supermarket can easily remedy it! ;-)
