Having tried both other ball styles and ring gags I can say with certainty this is vast improvement. The softness of the ball removes the chaffing risk, not to mention how slick it becomes with saliva giving a fantastic sensation as your lips and tongue press against it. The strap and buckle is excellent and hard wearing. I did need to add an extra hole to accommodate a tiny head but that was a small matter. Top purchase!

I got this because the last one me and my gf had was a ball with slits either side, and a bad going in the middle. This used to cut the sides of our mouths when we tightened it up properly. This however, has the straps either side of the ball that are molded into the ball itself, so you tighten it up properly with no repercussions! The ball is big enough to shut me up, let alone my gf, and makes you drool nicely. Well worth the money!
