This is a really good gag. The strap size is a little large and we've had to add some extra holes to make sure we get a snug fit. However apart from that it's the perfect gag. Is impossible to talk while it's in and all you can do it moan. The ball is very comfortable, being rubber it allows you to bite down on it and not hurt your teeth and it won't take any damage. The chin straps holds it in place really well and prevents the wearer from being able to push it out. The leather is really high quality and you can feel how sturdy it is. The buckle is very easy to use which allows you to put it on quickly and not have to fiddle around and ruin the moment. I can see this lasting a really long time and getting plenty of use.

I paid a little more for this ball gag because it includes a chin strap. The chin strap makes it stay in place much better than a plain old ball gag. This ball gag is very sturdy and made of luxurious leather. I like the rubber ball much better than plastic balls I've used before. This is a unique ball gag that works like a charm.
