If you think about spicing things up a bit, this is a good beginner toy to experience some sensory play. The feather end is quite soft and tickly (it has a few harder bits/stems, but not too bad), and the rubber "flogger" end is good for both caressing and giving a small whack with a sharp sting.

I bought this as it was A) on sale B) meant I didn't have to buy two seperate products. I've only used it twice with my Sir as the whip is plastic so it delivers a very sharp sting that I can only tolerate for short periods. We have decided it is the go to toy for Punishments. It leaves beautiful welts! He seemed to like using it, but thinks it could be better. Considering how cheap it was I don't mind that it's not perfect for us, it was my first time using this sort of product anyway so was a good lesson
