Very easy to use and to clean cutting the time it takes down. I have been using this for over a year. The bulb is more than big enough and the long attachment makes sure you have no nasty surprises later on. I have used several others in the past costing a lot more and this one is by far the best.

I have been using an anal douche for quite a while but found that when going deeper, they did not always get you completely clean. This Douche is easy to use. I tried the 5 inch nozzle first and this felt great sliding in. A good squeeze and you could feel the water spraying inside. It worked great. The 10 inch nozzle might be a bit challenging for some!! Personally, it felt really good going in although at the time it seemed hard to squirt that much water. That said, when I actually played and used my 13.5 inch toy I was totally clean even after a good session so it obviously worked. I have used it three times now and will carry on using it to get a deep clean with some very nice feelings to boot.

I've used a few different douches but this one is the best of them all. The different heads are great to prepare you for an unforgettable time.
