I am yet to use the shower hose attachment, but I have found the long tube attachement and larger bulb preferable as you can control the amount and pressure of the water. The bumpy shape of the tube is enjoable when inserting it with a bit of lube, it is also slightly flexible, so there is some give allowing for a more comforable insertion if you are doing this yourself. Once at the right depth it is easy to squeeze the bulb to release the water. Results were great especially if you need a deep clean.
