It's a torture device

So I had to be flaccid to get the steel ring over my genitals (and then the steel O ring at the base of the Bondara black body restraint with wrist cuffs was added) before everything was locked up. With the addition of connecting the two purchases, it kept my locked penis in a raised, exposed and vulnerable position.
