Email Marketing Campaign Executive - Online Retail

£25,000 - £30,000 | Full Time

Are you confident and experienced in email marketing and looking for a new challenge within a fast paced, rapidly growing, professional retail company?

In this position, you will report directly into our Marketing Manager. You will be experienced in all of the relevant areas and responsible for all aspects of email marketing and affiliate marketing. This is a hands-on office-based role and will suit a motivated individual who has a positive outlook and natural interest in marketing and driving revenue.

• Location: Saffron Walden, Essex
• Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Work Times: Full time, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17.30
• Holidays: 20 Days + Bank Holidays

Core Duties

• Implement an effective email marketing program to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Develop and manage all content relating to email marketing
• Work closely with buying and creative teams to build, maintain and progress campaigns
• Ensure effective, fresh and creative promotion of our products and services
• Manage and target multiple key segments within the customer base
• Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer life-cycle to maximise sales
• Be responsible for the build and deployment of all email campaigns
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Perform analysis to show performance trends and optimise campaigns accordingly
• Ability to deliver measurable results and report these to management on a regular basis
• Control and manage email send costs

Key Skills

• Excellent written communication and copy-writing skills.
• Email marketing/CRM background from an ecommerce B2C organisation (Minimum 1 years’ experience)
• Ability to analyse and translate performance data into actionable and profitable marketing plans.
• Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
• Knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong project management skills
• An ability to work to tight deadlines
• High degree of initiative and an excellent team player
• You will be creative and passionate about marketing
• Any previous experience of working alongside affiliates, or account management experience, is desirable.
