  • Job Type: Permanent - Part Time (with the usual 6-month probationary period)

Schedule

Core Duties

  • Taking orders and liaising with customers via email and telephone
  • Responding to email enquiries and answering calls within a set timeframe
  • Providing a high and consistent level of customer service at all times
  • Identify feedback and improvements to further develop the Customer Care Team and the services Bondara offers
  • Ensure customers are provided with the most appropriate solutions according to their needs
  • Warehouse Admin Tasks
  • Be a proactive team member
