not great

you really can barely feel anything, even on the highighest setting, not powerful at all
Not the best

After using this, my wife and I are a little disappointed. It does do the job and gets you both off with its 10-vibration pattern, but as the juices flow combined with the thrusting, it will keep slipping out, which is most annoying. If only satisfyer had used a hinged option so it could be tightened together, it would be perfect.
