I was a bit dubious of the size, but when it arrived, all doubts were gone. I got the butthole variant, and it's so tight and feels amazing. I literally lasted less than ten minutes with this on my first go. It comes with a bullet too. It's a bit of a fiddly one though as you have to take the sleeve out of the casing to turn the vibrating bullet on and off but don't let that bother you.
