Good basic pump that does what it says. Gets me very large, very quickly. However, I don't like the silicone seal - it's very difficult and a bit painful to get an erect penis out! There's not enough stretch in the seal and I have to wait until I've shrunk quite a lot to get out. Having said that, a very generous coating of lubricant helps.

I have never used a pump before, but fancied the idea so I bought this one. Over all I found it very good. But there are some issues you ought to be aware of. Initially, when you take it out of the box it looks quite big. It isn't. I had to lube up the seal substantially to get my "old Boy" in there. But once in, the sensation was good and my "Old Boy" soon filled it up completely It also isn't very long at 18cm (I am 23 hard, so I more than filled it). But I still would recommend. In fact I think I will have another go now...

It definitely showed increase in size when in use, both length and girth. How much permanent size I gain in the long term remains to be seen so I'll keep working on it!

Just purchased this pump as a replacement for one which snapped where the tube from the bulb attaches to the penis chamber. The new one is so much better, even though it is the same pump. My cock now reaches to the end of the chamber whereas in the previous pump it would only reach between 17 and 18cm. Fantastic feeling and hopefully good results in the future.

This is my first penis pump so I only bought this cheap one. It is a very good pump with excellent suction. Having quite a wide girth I found it a little difficult to remove it with the sleeve on but the sleeve does come off and the suction without it is just as good.
