This is my second toy (I bought the same one about 3 years ago), and I have to say, the quality sadly changed (or I received a faulty one), because the old device was much stronger and did not drain the batteries as fast as the new one.. This is my first time trying this kind of stimulator; never had a pulsing/sucking toy before, so maybe I did not know what to expect. It is turned on by pressing the button for a few seconds, and then the settings/levels can be changed by the same button. In my experience, the lower settings are not too powerful, and sadly the higher ones are not compatible with me because if it completely surrounds and sucks in my clit, there is no airflow, so it basically stops pulsating. I had to constantly move it around and lift it away a bit to get the suction going, so it was not as easy and mind-blowing as the others described. Maybe it is just my anatomy and for others it can work better, but for me it was a bit of a disappointment.
