The skin as it comes is very rigid but there are instructions on the box to lube it under the skin. At first I tried water which had little to no effect so then applied a little cherry lube and voila it moves very well. The colour of the whole thing is very pale and not quite like the image with little detail which is a bit disappointing but the movement is very life like.
