This was the second O-Ring gag i bought, after buying a larger one with no leather on the ring but just metal instead. This was far more comfortable to use rather than the metal O-Ring as it added some padding to my teeth. Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday, absolutely gutted when we try it, it's way too small! Should have clarified that the 2" (which is actually more like 1.8") is the outside diameter, making the inside diameter less than 1.5". Really disappointed.
