Unfortunately the hole for the testicles to go though is extremely small and immediately cut off blood circulation. Otherwise it is very comfortable, but I couldn't wear it for more than 2 minutes.

It appears to be very skin friendly, counfortable, and a great little treat for myself and partner. She's keen to try all these wacky things. However, we're struggaling to get my fairly normal size nuts in them.. and it's a little too tight when in.m so will be changing to a different one soon.wpuld be better with a more flexible nut hole Product otherwise may suit others. 😊
