Dont, its just a normal pump but because its black you can't see how long it is in the tube...the picture is misleading, its so hard to see. You might as well do it in a pitch-black room as you cant see anything.

Have tried this but it could have done with some different sizers to get a better fit I don't think its actually going to make my penis bigger permanently also it does not have a ristrictor ring with it so as soon as you take it off its back to same size which is a bit pointless. It also feels cheap an like it won't last long before it breaks

Your partner will definately give response to you. Use it before 12 hrs I recommend. I am still using and hoping to get it larger in mean time.

Been tempted to try a pump for a while and this was the biggest one in the beginners range. I say biggest because I'm an 8x6 but wanted a bit more girth to make the OH squeal with delight and boy did she enjoy it, she said it was definitely thicker. It's hanging longer and thicker when flaccid as well. Will be upgrading as I've cracked it in less than a week, a decent introduction to pumps though
