This gag work well. Completely filling your mouth, when strapped on tight there is no chance of pushing it out the way. All you feel is the bellend of the penis get pushed back into your throat enhancing the sense of submission.

The dildo is the perfect size where it's not too long so that the wearer chokes on it and it's not too small where the wearer would be able to get it out of their mouth. It looks great, is very sturdy, easy to adjust the size with the buckle, and reduces any noise from the wearer to moans. It's still one of my go to gags!

This is a very practical gag that really works! Unlike a ball gag you cannot push this out...when its in, it's in! The dildo "bit" is not too long as to choke on, however it is long enough to suppress the sound to a muffle. it is very well made and certainly value for money.

What an excellent buy. The gag is much better than any ball gag we own, when my wife has me tied up and the gag inserted I am unable to make much more than a moan and due to its length I am unable to push it out or work it lose no matter how inventive she gets, a great buy.
