Does it feel like or close to the real thing? No, not really, not for me at least. Because I'm uncut, it's a little too rough, even with plenty of lube the first few minutes until the head becomes less sensitive. After warming up, it does end up feeling better than one's hand, but it can't hold a candle to a proper realistic vagina. Easy to clean, though.
